To facilitate payment for tutoring services, we have added online payment options. Please follow the appropriate link below.

For monthly billing by credit or debit card, please download, complete, and email the following Credit Card Authorization Form; you information will be securely stored in our system for future payments.  Please email this form to billing@tutoringandtestmastery.com.  Note that for security purposes, we do not collect CVVs code in this form. Please call us at (860) 510-0410 to submit your CVV code.
